Renault Scenic E-Tech pre-orders open in Australia: pricing, specs, range

Renault has opened pre-orders in Australia for the new Scenic E-Tech electric crossover, with first deliveries scheduled to begin when sales kick off in late December this year or in January next year.

Pricing starts at $55,990 for the Techno EV60. The mid-tier Techno Long Range EV87 is priced from $59,990, while the flagship Esprit Alpine EV87 opens at $65,990.

The lineup offers two battery options—60 kWh and 87 kWh—delivering driving ranges of up to 430 km and up to 625 km respectively on the WLTP cycle. On paper, that mix should comfortably cover daily commutes and longer weekend runs alike.

Every 2026 Renault Scenic E-Tech comes with 19-inch wheels, a 12-inch infotainment display, a digital instrument cluster, and wireless smartphone charging. The range-topper adds 20-inch wheels, a Harman Kardon audio system, power-adjustable seats, and driver facial recognition—an equipment set that feels thoughtfully curated rather than just headline-grabbing.

Telematics is integrated through Google services. The first cars bound for Australia will arrive in Esprit Alpine EV87 specification, a move that naturally puts the spotlight on the range leader. The model will make its debut at the Everything Electric show in November 2025.
