Tata Sierra trims and pricing revealed: petrol, diesel and turbo
Tata Motors has released the full list of trims and pricing for the new Tata Sierra, making it clear the model is arriving with an assertive market stance. The naturally aspirated petrol opens the range, the diesel sits above it, and a single turbo-petrol crowns the lineup. This positioning makes the Sierra one of the most affordable C-SUVs with richly appointed equipment.
Buyers can choose from five personas: Smart+, Pure, Pure+, Adventure, and Adventure+. This structure separates features without altering the powertrains. Most trims use the 1.5 Revotron Turbo, paired with either a manual gearbox or a DCA automatic.
The flagship Adventure+ comes with the 1.5 Kryojet Diesel and an automatic. At the outset, all versions are front-wheel drive, though the platform leaves room for expansion—from all-wheel-drive variants to special editions, if the market calls for it. Deliveries are slated to begin in early 2026.
Notably, the entry-level Smart+ already includes a digital instrument cluster, projector headlights, connected services, and a basic safety suite. Higher up the range, the Sierra adds larger touchscreens, upgraded materials, and more advanced electronics.
If Tata brings in AWD while holding its price position, the Sierra could quietly disrupt the class—the balance of cost and content looks unusually convincing.
