Lynk & Co 08 EM-P hybrid: new variant price, range and specs

On January 1, Lynk & Co officially rolled out a new variant of its mid-size 08 EM-P crossover. The recommended price is 189,800 yuan, and early buyers are being offered a 2,000-yuan New Year bonus along with an 8,000-yuan purchase-tax subsidy.

Visually, the newcomer mirrors the familiar 08 EM-P. The crossover carries the brand’s The Next Day design language with split lighting, a three-part front air intake, and a look that’s immediately recognizable. At the back, a full-width LED light bar with the Lynk & Co logo and a roof-edge spoiler lend the car a more dynamic stance—an impression that suits the rest of the sheetmetal.

The 08 EM-P measures 4,825 mm in length, 1,915 mm in width, and 1,660 mm in height, riding on a 2,848 mm wheelbase. It uses the EM-P hybrid setup centered on a 1.5-liter turbocharged Evo engine. In the all-wheel-drive version, a 3DHT Evo transmission teams with two electric motors for a combined 456 kW and 905 Nm, enabling a 0–100 km/h sprint in 4.6 seconds. There’s also a version with a single electric motor rated at 280 kW and 615 Nm. On paper, those figures promise eager responses and confident passing power.

Depending on configuration, the CLTC all-electric range options are 120, 220, or 245 km, giving buyers room to choose a setup that fits daily routines without overcommitting on battery capacity.
