Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Z71 custom visual upgrade by Vossen
The Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Z71 has been transformed into a striking custom project by American wheel manufacturer Vossen. This modification focuses solely on visual upgrades, showcasing how even a heavy-duty pickup truck can have its character enhanced through tuning without any mechanical alterations.
The vehicle features a completely black monochrome body with no contrasting elements. The only bright parts remaining are the headlights and taillights. The key highlight is the wheels: the Silverado now rides on concave forged Vossen HFX-1 wheels with eight mounting holes in Matte Gunmetal finish. These wheels are available in 22- or 24-inch diameters and widths of 10 or 12 inches.
At the heart of this project lies the Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD in Z71 trim. In the U.S., the base price for this Crew Cab version starts at around $51,000. This model is part of General Motors' full-size pickup lineup, which remains a crucial sales driver for the company. Last year, combined sales of the Silverado and GMC Sierra surpassed 940,000 units.
Vossen's project demonstrates that even a utilitarian pickup can achieve a stylish appearance through minimal yet thoughtful exterior changes.
