Kia K4 debuts in Europe with advanced features and pricing
Kia has launched its new K4 in Europe, effectively replacing the popular Ceed while elevating the model to a higher class. The five-door hatchback starts at €28,900, featuring a three-cylinder 1.0-liter engine with 115 horsepower paired with a six-speed manual transmission. The next variant is a 120-horsepower Mild Hybrid with a seven-speed DCT, priced from €30,900. The lineup is further expanded with 1.6-liter gasoline engines offering 150 and 180 horsepower, and a full hybrid is expected by year-end.
The base Core trim provides a solid package, including navigation, a rearview camera, adaptive cruise control, and 16-inch steel wheels. Higher trims like Vision, Spirit, and GT-Line add features such as a digital key and a head-up display.
Beyond the liftback, the K4 also offers an estate body style, priced at €29,900. At 4.70 meters long, it’s about 30 centimeters longer than the five-door version, significantly boosting practicality.
Overall, the new K4 becomes Kia’s key model in the C-segment, marking a notable step forward in technology, equipment, and positioning for the European market.
