Manhart MH5 900E Touring project: high-performance BMW M5 estate
German tuning house Manhart has unveiled the MH5 900E Touring project, based on the BMW M5 G91. This estate car features significant upgrades to its engine and chassis.
Under the hood lies a 4.4-liter V8, boosted to 910 horsepower and 1,200 Nm of torque. To achieve this, Manhart enhanced the turbocharging system and installed an Mhtronik control unit. The car also gets a stainless steel sports exhaust with active valves.
For better handling, Manhart offers two suspension options: H&R springs for daily use and adjustable KW Variant 4 coilovers for a sportier drive. The car rides on Concave One wheels, sized 21 or 22 inches, with wide rear tires up to 315 mm.
Inside, the cabin is trimmed in Alcantara and features bespoke elements. Overall, this project maintains the practicality of an estate, blending spaciousness with high performance.
