Tesla 2025.32.100 update: shorter Autopilot strikes, smarter FSD, better Bluetooth
Tesla continues to push over-the-air updates, and version 2025.32.100 brings several meaningful tweaks. The headline change is to the penalty-strike system for drivers who ignore Autopilot and Full Self-Driving prompts: strikes used to linger for a week, but now expire after 3.5 days. Drivers will still temporarily lose access to these features after five strikes with the camera or three without it. The shorter cooldown feels more balanced while keeping the accountability intact.
The company links this move to the upcoming FSD V14, where driver attention monitoring will be relaxed. The timing suggests Tesla is smoothing the path ahead of those broader adjustments.
Summon Standby also gets smarter: it now switches off automatically at night or after 24 hours of inactivity, reducing energy consumption. For owners who leave the car parked for long stretches, that’s a practical win with fewer idle losses.
Visuals see a lift as well. The rear camera now displays expanded FSD data instead of the standard Autopilot graphics, picking out smaller elements such as curbs. It’s a subtle change that should make the view behind feel more informative.
Fatigue recognition has been reworked too: instead of suggesting a break, the car now recommends enabling FSD. Prompts for turning on the Grok AI assistant have also been clarified. It’s a notable shift in guidance that leans toward making the most of driver-assist features.
Lastly, Bluetooth performance is improved with reduced connection delays, especially in newer models running AMD-based infotainment. It’s a small quality-of-life upgrade that owners are likely to notice day to day.
