Mercedes-Benz electric C-Class 2026: interior and tech details

Mercedes-Benz is preparing to debut a fully electric C-Class and has revealed the model's interior for the first time. According to Tarantas News, the new vehicle will launch in the second half of 2026 and become a key player in the premium electric vehicle segment among new 2026 cars.

Next-Generation Digital Cockpit

The standout feature is the MBUX Hyperscreen, which spans the entire width of the dashboard. The instrument cluster and multimedia system are integrated into a single screen, creating a floating interface effect.

Controls have been simplified, with most functions moved to the digital environment and physical buttons reduced to a minimum. The center console features wireless charging and a minimalist design.

Comfort and Technology

The interior follows a digital cocoon concept with a focus on comfort. Cabin space has been increased, noise insulation improved, and a heat pump added for efficient heating.

Attention to detail is evident, with a panoramic roof featuring a starlight sky lighting effect, new materials using natural fibers, and seats with massage functions.

Technical Details and Platform

Although official specifications haven't been released yet, the new MB.EA-M platform is expected to be used. This suggests a battery capacity exceeding 90 kWh, a range over 600 km, and power up to 475 horsepower.

An 800-volt architecture with fast charging up to 330 kW is also anticipated, positioning the model among the best modern electric cars.
