Aixam launches the new Easy range as Minauto’s successor

Aixam has refreshed its compact-car lineup with the new Easy series, replacing the previous Minauto. The model is aimed at urban use and affordability, with both diesel and electric versions on offer.

The car gets a revised design with LED headlights and an updated front end. Inside, it features new seats, improved ergonomics and a smartphone holder. Interior personalisation options are also available.

The range includes two versions: the entry-level Easy Access and the better-equipped Easy Chic. Prices start at €10,499. Depending on the version, extra options include a Bluetooth audio system and heated seats.

Diesel versions use a Kubota engine meeting the Euro 5+ standard, with fuel consumption rated at 4.3 l/100 km. The electric variants come with 5 or 7.5 kWh batteries and offer a range of up to 113 km. That gives the Aixam Easy lineup a compact everyday package with a choice of powertrains and a basic level of equipment for daily trips.
