Lotus FOR ME Black Gold Edition brings supercar pace to a limited SUV
At the 2026 Beijing Motor Show, Lotus presented one of the stand-out premieres: the FOR ME Black Gold Edition. The model is limited to just 78 examples and immediately enters the ultra-premium SUV space with a price starting from 63.8 million rubles.
Visually, the new version follows the brand’s familiar design language: an aggressive front end with L-shaped lighting, active aerodynamics and sharply defined body lines. The black-and-gold finish underlines its limited-edition status, while the active rear wing, capable of generating up to 120 kg of downforce, points to its sporting intent. The main story, however, is under the skin.
The FOR ME uses a hybrid powertrain combining a 2.0-liter engine with a record efficiency of 46% and two electric motors. Total output reaches 952 hp, enough for a 0-100 km/h sprint in just 3.3 seconds — a figure more often associated with supercars than crossovers.
Another key feature is its 900-volt architecture. With 6C charging support, the battery can be charged from 30 to 80% in only eight minutes. Electric range reaches 420 km, making the model not only fast but also genuinely usable.
The cabin combines sportiness with technology: a minimalist dashboard, a large central display, a head-up display and carefully developed ergonomics. Four- and five-seat versions are available, allowing the vehicle to suit different use cases.
The Lotus FOR ME shows what modern premium performance is becoming: powerful, technologically advanced and focused on emotion. For buyers looking for a benchmark in the high-performance SUV segment, it becomes one of the key points of reference.
Lotus has gone all in on power, technology and exclusivity. The FOR ME suggests that the line between supercar and SUV has now effectively disappeared.
