RAYS gramLIGHTS 57NR LIMITED II arrives as a functional update for performance tuning

Japanese company RAYS has expanded its line of sports wheels with the new gramLIGHTS 57NR LIMITED II. The model is based on the well-known 57NR and celebrates its success in drifting, where these wheels helped secure titles in D1GP and other series.

The key feature is the combination of a proven construction with a refreshed design. The wheels use a 10-spoke architecture that helps distribute loads evenly and deliver high rigidity. That is critical in motorsport, where wheels are exposed to extreme lateral forces.

For the LIMITED II version, RAYS has introduced a new semi-matte black finish, making the model more versatile for tuning projects. Colored accents on the spokes, inspired by racing cars, are also available and allow the look to be personalized.

Technically, the model retains its key solutions: a reinforced rim with H.S.PLUS technology, a specially shaped inner section to improve strength, and tire bead seat machining designed to prevent slippage. All of this is aimed at improving reliability without adding weight.

As a result, the 57NR LIMITED II is more than a design refresh. It is a tool for drivers who use their cars at the limit. For the tuning market, it also signals a shift in demand toward functional upgrades, rather than visual effects alone.
