2026 GMC Yukon: pricing, trims, tech upgrades and engines
The updated 2026 GMC Yukon has arrived on the North American market. Pricing opens at $71,795 for the entry-level Elevation with rear-wheel drive, positioning the full-size SUV squarely on the premium side of the segment.
Those seeking all-wheel traction can step into the AT4, starting at $78,595, while the AT4 Ultimate with AWD begins at $98,395. The Denali with rear-wheel drive is priced from $82,595. At the top sits the Denali Ultimate, offered exclusively with all-wheel drive from $104,395. Every trim is also available in the extended Yukon XL body style, and the spread between versions reflects meaningful jumps in equipment and capability.
On the outside, the 2026 Yukon range adds a few notable touches, including 22-inch six-spoke Carbon Flash Metallic aluminum wheels with selective machining and 275/50R22SL all-season tires. The package costs $2,025 and is offered on Elevation and Denali. Buyers can also opt for a power panoramic dual-pane sunroof, priced at $1,500 on Elevation, AT4, and Denali, and included as standard on AT4 Ultimate and Denali Ultimate.
GMC further expands the tech roster. The GM Super Cruise hands-free driver-assistance system is priced at $2,855 and can be specified on Elevation and AT4; it comes standard on AT4 Ultimate and Denali Ultimate and can be added to Denali. A night-vision system is also available for $2,000 on AT4 Ultimate and Denali Ultimate. Broadening access to Super Cruise notably strengthens the Yukon's long-haul appeal.
The 2026 Yukon is offered with three engines: a naturally aspirated 5.3-liter V8 (L84), a naturally aspirated 6.2-liter V8 (L87), and a 3.0-liter Duramax inline-six diesel (LZ0). The model is built on GM’s T1 platform, with production at GM’s Arlington plant in Texas.
