Subaru of America has announced pricing for the 2027 Subaru Solterra electric crossover. The base Premium trim starts at $38,495 in the US — the same entry point set after the model's major 2026 overhaul. Sales at American dealers are slated to begin this fall.

The lineup carries over unchanged: Premium, Limited, Limited XT and Touring XT. Every version comes with dual electric motors and Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive. Premium and Limited produce 233 hp, while the XT versions step up to 338 hp. According to Subaru, it is the XT trims that hit 60 mph in under 5 seconds.

All trims use a 74.7 kWh battery with up to 288 miles of range, or roughly 463 km. DC fast charging from 10% to 80% takes about 28 minutes at up to 150 kW. The Solterra also gets a native NACS port, opening access to more than 25,000 charging stations across North America, including the Tesla Supercharger network. The onboard charger for home use is rated at 11 kW.

Standard equipment includes a 14-inch infotainment touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, the Subaru EyeSight driver-assistance suite, the X-MODE system with modes for tricky surfaces, and 8.3 inches (about 211 mm) of ground clearance. Higher trims add 20-inch wheels, a Harman Kardon audio system, a panoramic roof, ventilated front seats and a digital rearview mirror.
