Bentley has expanded the Bentayga lineup with the launch of the Artenara Edition for the 2027 model year, one of the most exclusive versions of its flagship SUV. Named after the village of Artenara on Gran Canaria, the model incorporates design motifs inspired by the Roque Bentayga rock formation, which turns out to be the actual geographical namesake of the vehicle. This special edition is available in both standard and extended wheelbase (EWB) versions, with powertrain options including a V8 and a hybrid configuration.Developed by Bentley Atelier, the series combines several Mulliner elements that were previously only offered as expensive packages. Exterior features include 22-inch wheels, a signature Mulliner double grille, and lower decorative elements painted to match the body color. Customers can choose from eight body colors, ranging from Beluga to Verdant and Havana. A three-color interior scheme, once exclusive to the Mulliner EWB, is now part of the special edition's options list. The cabin is further enhanced with laser-engraved reliefs of the Artenara landscape and coordinates of Roque Bentayga, with the same motif extending to the seats, door panels, and ambient lighting. For the 2027 model year, Bentley has also broadened its offerings for the Bentayga. This includes the addition of a Dark Teal color and new 23-inch Super Lux wheels, available for the Azure, Artenara Edition, and Mulliner EWB variants. Additionally, the Bentley Connected Car service is expanding to six new markets: Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, and South Africa.Overall, this move underscores Bentley's ongoing efforts to enhance customization for the Bentayga, reinforcing its position in the ultra-luxury SUV segment where personalization has become a key factor in consumer choice.
