Last call to order the Cadillac CT4 before it's gone for good

For Cadillac enthusiasts, the final window to order a new CT4 is now open. GM has officially confirmed that orders for the 2026 model year will close on April 20. After that date, the sedan will only be available from dealer inventory. Production will end on June 25, 2026, at the Lansing Grand River plant, aligning exactly with the plan announced by Global Cadillac Vice President John Roth in 2025.

Dealer stock looks substantial, with around 1,680 vehicles from two model years. However, once production stops, that number will quickly dwindle. The most sought-after versions, especially the manual-transmission CT4-V Blackwing, will sell out first. After the order book closes, any custom configuration will become nearly impossible to find.

For those hoping to wait for the perfect moment, Cadillac's message is clear: the time to act is now. Dealers can still process retail orders, but only until mid-April. After that, only vehicles already produced or in production will remain available.

The CT4 concludes a six-year run, standing as one of the last compact rear-wheel-drive sedans in the premium segment. While the CT5 will receive a new generation, the agile and driver-focused CT4 exits without a direct successor. If this sedan is on your wish list, now is the moment to make a quick decision.
