At the Icons of Porsche festival in Dubai, the production Porsche Cayenne EV made its debut. It’s the first fully electric Cayenne and the new flagship of the range—a clear signal of where this nameplate is heading. The crossover will be offered in two versions: a 408-hp base model and the top-tier Turbo with up to 1,156 hp in Launch Control mode. Both versions come with ePTM all-wheel drive. The Cayenne Turbo EV sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 260 km/h. The model is built on an 800-volt architecture and uses a 113-kWh battery with dual-sided cooling. It supports ultra-fast charging at up to 400 kW: going from 10 to 80 percent takes under 16 minutes, and up to 325 km of range can be added in 10 minutes. Those figures plant the Turbo EV squarely in super-SUV territory, while the charging specs point to quick turnarounds between stints.WLTP range is quoted at up to 642 km for the standard version and up to 623 km for the Cayenne Turbo EV. There’s also inductive charging rated at 11 kW. For a vehicle of this size, these numbers look reassuring. The cabin features a new OLED Flow Display, an 87-inch virtual projection system, and a reworked voice-control interface. Usable space has grown: the vehicle stretches to nearly 5 meters, the luggage compartment holds up to 1,588 liters, and there’s an additional 90-liter compartment under the hood. The blend of large-format displays and voice control leans into both show and convenience—fitting for a tech-forward flagship. The chassis pairs PASM air suspension with the Active Ride system and an optional rear-axle steering setup. Maximum energy recuperation is up to 600 kW. In Europe, prices start at 108,296 euros for the base Cayenne EV and rise to 169,124 euros for the Turbo.
