Polestar’s electric coupe-crossover, the Polestar 4, has secured the performance award at the Smart EV Awards 2025. The model topped the dynamic disciplines, reinforcing the brand’s standing in the high-performance EV arena. Ten contenders lined up for the contest, which combined certification evaluations, on-road testing, and expert discussions.

Polestar 4 received maximum scores for acceleration, high-speed composure, and steering accuracy. The jury noted that the body stayed settled beyond 200 km/h and that steering responses were reassuringly predictable. The single-motor version delivers up to 511 km of range on a charge, while the dual-motor setup with 544 hp dispatches 0–100 km/h in 3.8 seconds.

The car rides on a 2,999 mm wheelbase and features the Tmap infotainment system alongside an ADAS suite. Pricing starts at 66.9 million won before incentives. Taken together, the long-legged stability, crisp responses, and everyday usability help explain its string of top scores in the dynamic categories—and why it feels so thoroughly sorted among today’s performance-focused EVs.
