According to a recent Consumer Reports study, the vast majority of Lincoln owners report being highly satisfied with their choice. In the survey, 63% of respondents said their next car would also come from Lincoln.

That level of loyalty placed the brand a respectable 11th in the ranking, which drew on feedback from nearly 380,000 drivers of 2023–2026 model-year vehicles. In a market where allegiance is tough to earn, that share of intended repeat buyers suggests Lincoln is connecting with its audience.

Those results are echoed by another major study from J.D. Power, whose report recorded rising satisfaction with service quality across Lincoln’s dealer network. The company currently sits fifth in the premium segment with a score of 830 points. When service experiences trend upward, owner loyalty tends to follow—a connection that helps make sense of the numbers above.
