Aion, a brand under the Chinese conglomerate GAC, is continuing its European expansion with the upcoming launch of the new Aion i60 D-SUV. Targeting the midsize electric crossover segment, the model aims to attract buyers by combining range, technology, and competitive pricing.Measuring 4,685 mm in length with a 2,775 mm wheelbase, the i60 positions itself alongside rivals like the Skoda Enyaq, Renault Scenic, Hyundai Ioniq 5, Tesla Model Y, and Ford Mustang Mach-E.The fully electric version features a 75 kWh battery, offering a claimed range of up to 650 km under the CLTC cycle, which roughly translates to about 570 km on the WLTP standard.
