Skoda has rolled out a major update for its Elroq and Enyaq electric vehicles, focusing on digital technology, energy efficiency, and everyday usability. Following strong sales in 2025, the models have received a range of improvements aimed at strengthening their position in the European market.

The key update is a new Android-based multimedia system. The interface is now simpler and more intuitive, with an integrated app store for installing services for music, video, and navigation. Additionally, a digital key card feature has been added, allowing users to unlock and start the car using a smartphone and share access with others.

Important changes also affect charging. A Plug & Charge function automates the connection process at charging stations, while V2L technology enables the electric vehicle to power external devices, from household appliances to camping equipment.

Skoda engineers have introduced a one-pedal driving mode, which allows acceleration and braking to be controlled with a single pedal—particularly useful in city traffic. The driver assistance suite has been enhanced as well, with the Travel Assist 3.0 system becoming more precise and smoother in operation.

Notably, new LFP batteries are now available in the "60" versions. These batteries offer greater durability and lower cost. Fast charging to 80% takes about 26 minutes, and the power output of all-wheel-drive versions has increased to 220 kW.

Skoda is betting on smart evolution rather than revolution. These updates are exactly what mainstream buyers need: fewer complications, more convenience, and tangible benefits in daily life.
