For the 2026 model year, the Chevrolet Trax arrives with a refreshed color palette anchored by a new body finish called White Sands. It comes at no extra charge on the mid-tier 1RS, 2RS, and Activ trims. Buyers of the base LS and LT will stick with the standard paint selection, as White Sands is not offered on those versions. In total, the 2026 Trax palette spans eight colors and also introduces another newcomer, Apex Red. The updated paint choices subtly sharpen the crossover’s look, adding a bit of flair without tipping into excess. There are no changes under the hood. The stable spec keeps the focus on value and design variety rather than powertrain shake-ups, which suits this segment well.Assembly of the Chevrolet Trax takes place at General Motors’ plant in Changwon, South Korea.
