Skoda Epiq and Peaq 2026: prices, range and full specifications

Skoda has taken more than 30,000 orders for two electric cars that sit at opposite ends of its range. The compact Epiq is meant to become the brand’s most affordable EV, while the seven-seat Peaq becomes its largest flagship. Together they take Skoda’s electric line-up from two models to four.

Series production of the Epiq has already begun at the Volkswagen Navarra plant in Pamplona. It is the first Skoda assembled in Spain: until now the site built the petrol Volkswagen Taigo and T-Cross. The crossover, a little over four metres long, will cost around €26,000, drives its front wheels, offers motors from 116 to 211 hp and a range of up to 440 km.

The Peaq sits in a different niche. The electric counterpart to the Kodiaq stretches to 4.87 metres, seats up to seven people and travels more than 640 km between charges. It comes with 63 and 91 kWh batteries, rear- or all-wheel drive and powertrains from 204 to 299 hp. The five-seat version offers a 935-litre boot.

The Peaq will be built in Mladá Boleslav. To free up capacity for the new flagship, Skoda is moving an additional share of Octavia Combi estate production to its plant in Kvasiny. As a result, the company’s overall range has grown to 14 models.

The expansion comes against a backdrop of rising demand: in the first half of 2026 deliveries of the electric Enyaq and Elroq rose 48.3% to a record 108,200 cars. In total Skoda handed over 555,700 vehicles to customers, and operating profit came to €1.4 billion.

The Epiq opens up a relatively affordable segment for the brand, while the Peaq lets it fight for buyers of large family electric crossovers for the first time.
