Mercedes VLE 300 2026: price, AMG Line trims, seating and 709 km range

Mercedes has added AMG Line and AMG Line Plus trims to the electric VLE 300 and opened up five- to eight-seat layouts. The entry price is now €77,895.97 with VAT, although the configurator asks slightly more.

Mercedes-Benz has expanded the line-up of the electric VLE 300, which has been available to order in Germany since April 2026. From 23 July buyers can choose the AMG Line and AMG Line Plus trims, while the cabin can now be specified with five to eight seats.

Alongside the new trim lines come the Night package, the Sky View panoramic roof and electrically adjustable second-row comfort seats with armrests and heating. The EXCLUSIVE version can now be ordered with either the Premium or the Premium Plus package — the latter adds a head-up display and the wide MBUX Superscreen.

AMG here means styling rather than a more powerful drivetrain. AMG Line brings different bumpers, its own radiator grille and 20-inch wheels, while AMG Line Plus adds black exterior trim, 21-inch rims, red seat belts and carbon-look inserts. The release lists no changes to the powertrain.

The manufacturer quotes €77,895.97 including VAT for the five-seat VLE 300, excluding delivery, but with a caveat: the figure is valid as of 5 June 2026. At the time of checking, the official configurator showed a minimum of €78,348.17 — €452.20 more. Mercedes-Benz does not explain the discrepancy.

The entry point has dropped noticeably over three months: when orders opened in April, the five-seat VLE 300 cost €82,260, so the minimum price has fallen by €4,364. It was reported earlier that pre-built VLE 300 examples from stock are capped at 132 km/h.

AMG Line is priced at €2656.68 and AMG Line Plus at €6093.40.

The technical side of the VLE 300 is unchanged: the official site quotes a range of up to 709 km on the WLTP cycle. The model is credited with a 115 kWh battery and charging at more than 300 kW — in 15 minutes it recovers up to 355 km of WLTP range.
