Ford Territory Platinum price in Vietnam: equipment, engine and what the Titanium X already offers

The gap between the Ford Territory Platinum and the previous top trim, the Titanium X, comes to 41 million dong ($1,558). The new crossover is priced at 916 million dong ($34,800) in Vietnam, while the Titanium X sells for 875 million ($33,245). The premium buys quiet and trim above all: both versions are listed locally with the 1.5 AT engine.

Ford Territory Platinum equipment: noise cancellation and 10 speakers

The Platinum adds leather seats with diamond quilting, illuminated scuff plates, active noise cancellation and an air purification system with a PM2.5 filter and an ionizer. The audio system now runs to 10 speakers, and the dashboard carries two 12.3-inch displays.

The surcharge looks less obvious next to the Titanium X: that version already has two 12.3-inch screens, ventilated front seats, air filtration, a surround-view camera and adaptive cruise control. The Platinum improves acoustic comfort and the feel of the cabin, but it does not change what the crossover is fundamentally capable of.

Which engine does the Ford Territory Platinum use

There is also a notable discrepancy between markets. Media reports mention a 1.5 hybrid and a 1.8 EcoBoost, but Ford stipulates that powertrains and equipment depend on the country. For the Vietnamese Territory Platinum, the official price list confirms only the 1.5 AT.

In parallel, Ford is widening its hybrid plans for other SUVs — an electrified powertrain could also reach the future Bronco. The logic behind the Territory Platinum is different, though: the extra 41 million dong went into a quieter and dressier cabin rather than into economy or power.
