Suzuki Xbee DAMD Body Kits 2026: Prices and What's Included

Japanese tuner DAMD has released two body kits for the updated Suzuki Xbee — the retro-styled BEMORE and the rugged little D., both purely cosmetic.

DAMD has begun selling two body kits for the updated Suzuki Xbee. The retro-styled BEMORE starts at ¥140,800, while the full little D. set is priced at ¥272,800. These aren't new Suzuki trim levels: the tuner doesn't touch the engine, drivetrain, suspension, or ground clearance.

BEMORE mostly reworks the front end. The kit includes a different bumper, grille, and a branded emblem. Side decals add ¥52,800, and rear pillar trim costs ¥8,580. The full set of exterior parts runs at least ¥202,180, not including shipping, paint, or installation.

little D. changes the body far more substantially. The ¥272,800 kit includes a hood cover, front bumper, wheel arch extensions, and new lighting and tailgate styling. Buyers can opt for just the front section for ¥206,800. The parts are designed only for the Xbee after its October 2025 update and don't fit earlier cars. Home delivery isn't available, and paint and installation are billed separately.

The Suzuki Xbee itself starts at ¥2,157,100 in Japan, topping out around ¥2,599,300. That means the base BEMORE kit adds roughly 6.5% to the car's price, while the full little D. adds 12.6% before installation. The crossover comes with a three-cylinder 1.2-liter engine producing 80 hp, a CVT, and front- or all-wheel drive.

Japanese companies are increasingly selling a finished visual identity rather than technical tuning. A similar approach has been used on retro versions of the Suzuki Jimny, with chrome trim and square headlights, where the new look likewise doesn't come with a serious overhaul of the running gear.

The new Xbee isn't officially sold in most markets outside Japan, though interest in the brand has been growing globally in recent years.

BEMORE looks like the more rational way to change the car's look: the kit is cheaper and doesn't require reworking the rear end. little D. creates a more cohesive look, but for nearly ¥300,000 with shipping, buyers get design alone — the Xbee's off-road capability stays exactly as it left the factory.
