Corvette Z06 Carbon 75 Edition 2028: what the unofficial render shows

A digital render imagines a Carbon 75 Edition for the Corvette Z06 ahead of the model's 75th anniversary in 2028 — but Chevrolet has confirmed nothing yet.

Chevrolet has not unveiled any Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Carbon 75 Edition yet. The car published by Autoevolution is a digital project from Vengeance Graphix, a studio that genuinely works in automotive art and show-car styling. Still, the timing makes sense: the Corvette debuted on January 17, 1953, so the model turns 75 in 2028.

The render’s authors propose a plausible anniversary package: Polar Graphite paint, the Carbon Flash pack, an open carbon-fiber roof, extra aerodynamic elements, special Carbon 75 badging, gray Z06 wheels and blue brake calipers. Inside, the same theme continues with blue and black suede and asymmetric seat trim.

The idea isn’t pulled out of thin air. For the 70th anniversary, Chevrolet really did launch a factory 70th Anniversary Edition for the Stingray and Z06. Those cars got two special colors, anniversary graphics, unique wheels and trim details. So a dedicated package for the 75th looks like a realistic scenario, even if Carbon 75 itself remains an independent designer’s fantasy for now.

The render doesn’t touch the technical side at all. The real 2027 Corvette Z06 keeps its naturally aspirated 5.5-liter LT6 V8 rated at 670 horsepower, while the new 6.7-liter LS6, making 535 hp, is bound for the Stingray and Grand Sport. The C8 itself keeps evolving too: a recent update brought a three-screen cabin and new electronics, so by 2028 an anniversary package could theoretically land on a very different base than the car shown in these renders.

That makes the Vengeance Graphix project more interesting for guessing Chevrolet’s possible logic than for predicting the actual future design. Back in 2023, the company already marked a Corvette anniversary with a dedicated factory series. If that approach repeats five years later, an official car could well appear — it’s just that Chevrolet hasn’t confirmed any Carbon 75 Edition as of today.
