DS N°7 2026: price, launch timing and range in Germany

DS Automobiles is preparing to begin full sales of the new N°7 in Germany in the coming weeks. In 2026, the crossover has already appeared at local DS Stores in preview events, while orders have been open since May 21. The base hybrid starts at €47,700.

At the same time, the brand has launched an advertising campaign focused on cabin quietness. In the video, outside city noise disappears after the door closes. There is a technical basis for that message: the N°7 features enhanced sound insulation and special laminated glazing around the cabin. However, DS does not provide noise measurements in decibels or an independent comparison with rivals.

DS N°7 price and range in Germany

The powertrain lineup is broader. The hybrid produces 145 hp and starts at €47,700. The fully electric N°7 E-Tense FWD with 230 hp starts at €56,300. The 245 hp FWD Long Range version costs at least €61,700. According to DS's latest press release, it can travel up to 740 km on the WLTP cycle. A 350 hp all-wheel-drive version is also planned.

DS describes the N°7 as the successor to the previous DS 7 and expects the newcomer to become its highest-volume model. For now, that is a manufacturer target rather than an achieved result. In spring, the company pointed to autumn 2026 for the German market launch, later to the fourth quarter, and now says the official start is only weeks away.

That makes the campaign's focus on quietness only one of the new N°7's selling points. For buyers, the bigger decision will be between the €47,700 hybrid and the electric version, where the manufacturer-stated range of up to 740 km requires at least €61,700.
