The Ford Bronco Stroppe Edition arrived for the 2025 model year as a tribute to the legendary Bill Stroppe, who built his own off-road racing Bronco and claimed victory at the Baja 1000 in 1969. In the lineup, this special edition effectively stepped in for the discontinued Wildtrak. For 2025 it was offered only as a two-door, marked by a distinctive tri-tone scheme—Atlas Blue, Oxford White, and Code Orange—and equipped as standard with a 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 and a 10-speed automatic. But the 2026 model year brings a few changes.

For 2026, the Bronco Stroppe Edition will be available exclusively as a four-door, with the two-door configuration no longer on the menu. That shift is poised to make the 2025 two-door feel like a future collectible; heritage-flavored models tend to gain allure when they’re this limited.

The broader 2026 Bronco lineup also evolves. The standout addition is a 60th Anniversary package featuring full-length running boards, 17-inch Gravity Grey alloy wheels, numerous Vermillion Red accents, retro-inspired touches, and a choice of Wimbledon White or Ruby Red. The mix reads as a thoughtful nod to Bronco history without slipping into costume, a spec likely to resonate with longtime fans and first-time buyers alike.
