Ford has rolled out a set of focused updates for the 2026 Mustang Mach-E, aiming to refine the lineup without rewriting it. The headline change is the UVS 100 sunshade, a dealer-installed accessory designed specifically for the Mach-E’s windshield and supplied separately from the car. Ford’s accessories catalog lists it at 109 dollars, while the official dealer price has yet to be announced. A modest addition on paper, but exactly the kind of everyday item owners end up using constantly.

The Mustang Mach-E GT also gains a California Special version. It stands out with blue accents, unique wheels carrying GT/CS logos, hood graphics, and sport seats with a mixed upholstery finish. At the same time, the Mach-E Rally graphics and the rear spoiler are no longer part of the standard kit, though both remain available as standalone options. The result is a cleaner, more restrained look right out of the box, with room to personalize.

Elsewhere in the range, Ford adds interior rear door handles, drops the Bronze Appearance package, and removes the front trunk from the base configuration. The frunk can still be ordered separately for those who value it. These tweaks simplify the spec while letting buyers pick the features they actually plan to use.

For the GT, a new Performance & Handling package enters the order sheet, while a Technology Package is added for select versions. The fixed panoramic glass roof is now offered on Premium and GT trims, broadening choice for those who want a brighter, more upscale cabin feel without stepping outside their preferred configuration.
