Subaru Corporation and its motorsport arm Subaru Tecnica International (STI) unveiled their lineup at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2026, which opened on January 9 at the Makuhari Messe exhibition center in Chiba, Japan.

LEVORG STI Sport R-Black Limited II STI Performance

Based on the Japan-market Levorg STI Sport EX, this edition is finished in the exclusive Sunrise Yellow. The exterior leans into contrast with matte-black 18-inch aluminum wheels, a darkened front section, black exterior mirrors, and a black roof antenna. Inside, RECARO front seats with yellow perforated upholstery meet a suede-like instrument panel, lending a tailored, high-spec feel without tipping into excess. Additional genuine Subaru accessories and STI performance parts are fitted, underscoring a focus on driving character.

WRX S4 STI Sport R-Black Limited II STI Performance

Derived from the WRX S4 STI Sport R EX, this model also wears the exclusive Sunrise Yellow. Matte-black 18-inch alloys, black mirrors, and a black roof antenna set the tone outside, while the cabin features RECARO front seats with yellow perforation and a suede-look instrument panel. The result reads as deliberately exclusive, with the details working in concert rather than shouting for attention. It is further equipped with genuine Subaru accessories and STI components aimed at enhancing performance.

IMPREZA ST-H STI Performance Edition with Plus package

Built on the Impreza ST-H grade—known for its blend of relaxed sportiness, strong driving manners, and everyday versatility—this version incorporates STI parts developed with motorsport in mind. The design emphasizes a more assertive stance, while the components are intended to refine key dynamics such as ride comfort and stability. The intent comes through clearly: sharpen the experience while keeping daily usability intact.

Also making their debut at the show were a brand-new race car for the Super Taikyu Series 2026, the SUBARU BRZ GT300 2026—set to compete in the Super GT 2026 championship in the GT300 class—as well as the SUBARU WRX VBH rally car for the Japanese Rally Championship.
