Changan is gearing up for a major launch—the fourth generation of its popular CS75PLUS crossover has already opened for pre-orders and will be officially unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show. The new model features significant updates that push its technology even further.

Visually, it retains its recognizable style but adds a modern V-shaped grille design and an LED light bar at the rear. Dimensions stay in line with a family SUV, measuring nearly 4.8 meters in length, which ensures a spacious cabin.

The interior is where the real focus lies. Inside, you’ll find a massive 37-inch unified screen, ambient lighting with 256 colors, and an 18-speaker audio system. This puts it on par with premium models, even though the CS75PLUS remains a mass-market vehicle.

On the tech front, the car comes with a driver-assistance system offering highway autopilot functions like automatic lane changes, traffic flow adaptation, and exit assistance. These features are becoming crucial for buyers weighing their options in today’s SUV segment.

Under the hood, there’s a hybrid setup with a 1.5-liter turbo engine and an electric motor delivering up to 180 kW. A small 1.7 kWh battery is also used, boosting efficiency without a major price hike. Active noise cancellation and adaptive suspension are also part of the package.

Changan continues to stay ahead of the curve—blending technology, design, and hybrid efficiency makes the CS75PLUS a serious competitor even against European brands. What stands out most is the level of equipment you get for the expected price.
