Ground clearance has also been raised, and off-road design accents have been added. The EV is equipped with a 74.7 kWh battery, providing a WLTP-rated range of up to 488 km. It supports fast charging at up to 150 kW, while home charging can be done using three-phase power up to 22 kW.In the Australian market, pricing for the new model starts at 69,990 Australian dollars, roughly equivalent to 50,000 US dollars. With this move, Toyota is clearly betting on more powerful and versatile vehicles for 2026, aiming to compete directly with European and Chinese rivals.Toyota was long hesitant about electric vehicles but is now acting decisively.
