Porsche has announced a collaboration with Disney and Pixar, unveiling three unique Porsche 911s inspired by characters from Toy Story 5. The cars will make their premiere in Los Angeles on June 19, 2026, timed to coincide with the film’s release.

The project comprises three exclusive Porsche 911s styled after Woody, Buzz Lightyear and Jessie. Development was handled by the Sonderwunsch personalization program, with each car finished by hand after leaving the factory in Zuffenhausen.

The design of each car is intended to reflect the character it represents while preserving the unmistakable DNA of the Porsche 911. For now, the cars remain hidden from public view and will be revealed officially only at the film’s premiere. All three will be sold as a single lot, with proceeds going to charitable projects supporting children and wider social initiatives.

The project also extends Porsche’s collaboration with Disney. The brand had previously been involved in shaping the character Sally Carrera in Cars, where real 911 models were used as reference vehicles.

The Pixar tie-up is more than an image exercise; it is also a way to reach a new audience. Against a backdrop of a 12.5% drop in US sales, Porsche is stepping up its marketing efforts and leaning into more emotional projects. At the same time, the brand is expanding its new-model line-up, including the electric Cayenne and sportier 911 versions, underlining its attempt to balance tradition with new technology.
