LARTE Edition: a pink-carbon Porsche Cayenne that the factory wouldn't dare to build
LARTE Design has told SPEEDME journalists about a new project — a Porsche Cayenne that is hard to confuse with the usual configurator car. The studio has developed the world's first kit for the Cayenne made from 100% pink pre-preg carbon: not a wrap, not paint, not a one-off show car, but a road vehicle with TUV certification.
The main idea of the project is to push personalisation beyond Porsche's factory options. Once the owner has picked the colour, wheels, interior and packages, the car can still look almost identical to the one parked next to it. LARTE offers a different level: changing not only details, but the very material of the exterior. The colour here is not applied on top — it is built into the structure of the carbon during production.
The LARTE Edition kit is designed for the Porsche Cayenne Coupé and Cayenne S Coupé of the 2026 model year, as well as cars from 2023–2026. It includes 11 new components: front bumper details, splitter, radiator grilles, air-intake trims, hood, sill extensions, rear diffuser, tailgate spoiler, roof spoiler, brake-light elements and exhaust surrounds.
Importantly, installation requires no drilling, cutting or modification of the load-bearing structure. All parts attach to factory mounting points. Parking sensors, driver assistants and the factory electronics keep working. Technically the car remains a Porsche, while visually it turns into a LARTE Edition.
Pink carbon should behave differently than ordinary paint. The weave structure shows through the colour, so the surface changes depending on the light and viewing angle. LARTE specifically emphasises that the material is engineered for thermal load, UV and daily use. The components are produced at facilities that also make parts for Koenigsegg and Bugatti.
Such a Cayenne is not aimed at volume but at the owner for whom even a fully-loaded trim is no longer enough. The car remains usable on ordinary European roads, but looks like a one-of-one project. At the same time LARTE calls the solution a repeatable bespoke product: the client can pick not only pink but their own visual concept.
The process has also been made fast. Just send a photo of the car and describe what you want — within 24 hours the team will prepare a personal concept, parts selection, timeline and commercial offer. The main product here is no longer the carbon itself, but the right to make the Cayenne the way the factory will not.
