Japan’s biggest automakers have outlined their plans for the Japan Mobility Show 2025, which will take place in Tokyo from October 29 to November 9.

Honda is preparing four world premieres. On the list are a new SUV prototype from the Honda 0 series, a compact electric car, an electric motorcycle concept, and a production version of the e-MTB. The brand will also show an experimental model of a reusable sustainable rocket, the new Prelude with a hybrid powertrain, and the N-ONE e: mini EV. There will be space for the CB1000F motorcycles and a mock-up of the HondaJet Elite II. The breadth of this showcase signals a push to span everything from two wheels to flight while keeping electrification front and center.

Mitsubishi Motors will appear under the Forever Adventure theme. Under that banner, the company plans a forward-looking concept that reflects the brand’s DNA: off-road ability, electrification, and safety. The stand will feature the Delica D:5, the compact Delica Mini, the Triton pickup, and the Outlander PHEV, along with all-wheel-drive and driver-assistance technologies. The message is clear: capability and modern tech remain core to the Mitsubishi playbook.

Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation will focus on the transport and logistics of tomorrow. Under the Future Together banner, Fuso will present the COBODI concept, an intelligent body built on the eCanter electric truck that uses AI to optimize routes and unloading. A new concept truck will also make its world debut, and visitors can take part in interactive zones, including making keychains from recycled plastic. It is a pragmatic take on innovation that speaks to everyday efficiency.

Japan Mobility Show 2025 promises to be a showcase for Japanese innovation, spanning everything from sports coupes and city EVs to smart trucks and rockets aimed at a more sustainable future.
