BMW expanded the option list for the electric iX3 crossover. After the more affordable iX3 40 joined the range, the model has gained new body colors, additional wheels, a fresh interior trim and multimedia improvements.

The headline change concerns the palette. The iX3 is now offered with BMW Individual finishes: Java Green, Voodoo Blue, Twilight Purple and the more understated Sepang Bronze. In Europe, such a paint job is priced at €4,995. Also added to the list are black 21-inch M Aerodynamic wheels, heated rear seats and the Contemporary Agave interior with green upholstery.

Another update concerns the digital assistant. AI features are being added to the system so that voice interaction with the car feels more natural. The capability will roll out across all models running Operating System 9, while iX3s already on the road will receive it over the air.
