Audi A6 e-tron: Edition, Advanced and S Edition Prices and Standard Equipment Compared

Audi's base A6 e-tron Edition gains matrix LED lights and more as standard, while Advanced and S edition prices drop €2,000–€4,000 in the Netherlands.

The base Audi A6 e-tron just got noticeably better equipped, and its price in the Netherlands hasn’t moved: the Sportback still starts at €59,990, and the Avant estate at €61,490. The real problem for shoppers lies elsewhere — the Edition trim now gets equipment that used to be the main reason to step up to the pricier Advanced.

The Tech Plus package is now standard on every A6 e-tron. It brings matrix LED headlights, a full-width rear light bar, illuminated Audi rings, e-tron artificial sound, and an extended adaptive driving assistant. The illuminated rear logo used to be an optional extra.

At the same time, Audi cut prices on the higher trims. The A6 Avant e-tron Advanced is now offered from €63,490 — €2,000 less — while the S edition starts at €65,490 after a €4,000 cut. Only €4,000 now separates the base Avant from the S edition, but part of that premium no longer buys lighting or driver assists — it buys S line styling, wheels, interior trim, and extra displays.

The Edition now looks like the most rational pick: its price hasn’t changed, and the feature gap with the Advanced has narrowed. The higher trims are worth choosing for design and cabin appeal now, not for a glowing logo or matrix headlights.

This isn’t the only update to the electric family: Audi previously overhauled the controls, regeneration and electronics on the A6 and Q6 e-tron.
