Li Auto L9 Uzbekistan: specs, range and price status

Li Auto has officially launched the international version of the new L9 in Uzbekistan. The flagship gets a 72.7 kWh battery, a 350 km WLTC all-electric range and up to 1,370 km with the petrol range extender running. Local pricing hasn't been announced yet — the current price list still refers to the previous generation.

The launch event took place on July 30 at Humo Arena in Tashkent. According to SPEEDME, more than 5,056 Uzbek families have chosen Li Auto vehicles since the brand officially entered the market in October 2025. Four dealerships are currently operating, with two more centers set to open later.

The international L9 is adapted to hot climates, dusty roads and local charging standards. The infotainment system integrates Yandex Maps with traffic data, Yandex Music and Kinopoisk content. Buyers going through the official network are promised a factory warranty, certified repairs, genuine parts and regular software updates. Li Auto's official website already lists several authorized sales and service points in Tashkent.

The new L9's tech list includes rear-wheel steering, steer-by-wire, the Snapdragon 8797 platform and a 73.7 cm panoramic display. Claimed fuel consumption with the range extender running is 6.6 L/100 km. Li Auto also lists dimensions of 5,255x2,000x1,810 mm and a 3,125 mm wheelbase.

In China, the base L9 Ultra costs 459,800 yuan — roughly $63,900 at current exchange rates. That's the factory price for the Chinese market, and it can't be carried over to Uzbekistan: the import version differs in adaptation, certification and its digital service package.

Uzbekistan's configurator still lists the previous-generation L9 Ultra at 919.9 million sums, roughly $71,300. Its specs — 449 hp and 1,420 km on the more optimistic CLTC cycle — don't match the parameters of the new international L9. So this listed price can't be treated as the price of the car unveiled on July 30.

For comparison, in Kazakhstan the new L9 Ultra is priced at 43.99 million tenge, or roughly $80,300. Kazakhstan is also where Li Auto struck its first overseas assembly deal, though production in Kostanay hasn't started yet.

Back in spring we reported that Li Auto had stopped taking orders for the previous L9 ahead of the generation change — around the same time, Li Auto unveiled the L9 Livis version with advanced tech and pricing on its home market. The tech update has now reached its second Central Asian market, but the key comparison point is still missing: Li Auto still needs to publish an official Uzbek price list and trim lineup.
