ARCFOX Alpha T7 price, range and specifications

ARCFOX Alpha T7 has turned out to be considerably cheaper than the earlier 200,000-yuan reference point. Pre-sales in China start at 137,800 yuan after subsidies, while the top version costs 174,800 yuan. The official launch of the new five-metre crossover is scheduled for September 16, and ARCFOX says it received more than 30,000 pre-orders in the first 72 hours.

The pricing also puts the Alpha T7 close enough to the Alpha T5 to make the step up in size and equipment particularly interesting. ARCFOX has not announced a broader international rollout for the T7, so for now the model remains primarily a China-market launch.

For comparison, the Alpha T5 is currently offered in China from 104,800 yuan under a temporary promotion. That means the new T7 starts roughly 33,000 yuan higher, before moving into more expensive electric and higher-specification versions.

The T7 gives buyers a broad choice of powertrains. The range-extender version uses a 43.9-kWh battery and can travel up to 320 km on electricity alone and 1,315 km in total on the CLTC cycle. The battery-electric version uses an 800-volt architecture and batteries of up to 84.8 kWh, delivering as much as 715 km of CLTC range.

Earlier, when the Alpha T7 appeared in Chengdu, final pricing had not yet been announced. With pre-sale prices now available, the model has moved from a show debut to a clearly positioned production crossover with a launch date, defined specifications and a competitive entry price.
