VOYAH Dream 9 price, range and specifications

419,900 yuan is now the starting price of the VOYAH Dream 9 in China. The final price is 10,000 yuan, or about 2.3%, below the preorder figure: on September 5, the entry price was 429,900 yuan. Instead of the five versions announced for preorder, the production range now has six, while the top price remains 529,900 yuan.

Price is what separates the current launch from the previous stage of the Dream 9 story, when VOYAH was only preparing to open preorders. Full sales began on September 22. The production range includes three trim levels — Ultra, Ultra+ and Lizun — each available with a plug-in hybrid or fully electric powertrain.

The PHEV combines a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with two electric motors and delivers up to 560 kW, or about 761 hp. Its 65 kWh battery provides up to 340 km of all-electric range on the CLTC cycle, while 5C charging takes the battery from 20 to 80% in 12 minutes. The electric Dream 9 uses 175 and 300 kW motors, a 120 kWh battery and offers up to 701 km of CLTC range. Both versions use an 800-volt architecture.

The Dream 9 also gets Huawei Qiankun ADS 5 with 37 sensors, a main 896-line lidar, three additional solid-state lidars, rear-wheel steering with up to 10 degrees of angle and a three-chamber air suspension.
