At the Guangzhou auto show, Mercedes expanded its lineup with two fresh special editions. The GLB 220 Collector’s Edition is priced at 349,900 yuan and brings noticeable visual updates: an exclusive matte MANUFAKTUR finish, the Night Package, and 19-inch AMG wheels. The combo gives the compact SUV a more dynamic, expressive look, and it comes across as cohesive rather than showy. The spec also includes wireless charging and intelligent parking with a surround-view camera setup, which underscores everyday usability and a clear tilt toward comfort.

The flagship S-Class appears in a new S 400 L Business Special variant priced at 899,800 yuan. The entire range now features a navigation assistant for highways and city arterials, air suspension, and soft-close doors. This special edition pushes further into the premium space with standard active ambient lighting and Burmester 3D audio, aimed at deepening the cabin’s emotional appeal. These touches do more than decorate; they shape the interior experience in a deliberately upscale way.

Both models signal the brand’s intent to evolve familiar cars by adding individuality and raising equipment levels. The newcomers round out Mercedes’ lineup and emerge as an appealing option for buyers who expect the brand to blend status, comfort, and technology.
