Spy shots have captured the production-ready Cupra Raval for 2027 ahead of its official debut in Europe. The images show two completely undisguised cars, spotted in an area believed to be connected to the Volkswagen Group.

Set to be the brand's most compact electric vehicle, the Raval will be built on the MEB+ platform, which it shares with the Skoda Epiq and Volkswagen ID.Polo. Its dimensions—4,046 mm long, 1,784 mm wide, and 1,518 mm tall, with a 2,600 mm wheelbase—make it comparable in size to the current Volkswagen Polo.

Cupra is positioning this new model as the sportiest option in its lineup. The VZ version will feature a 166 kW electric motor, an 11 kW increase over the standard models, paired with front-wheel drive and a locking differential. It also gets an adaptive suspension, an ESC Off mode, and electrically adjustable CUPBucket sport seats. Further sporty touches include a rear diffuser, a spoiler, and 19-inch wheels.

Inside, drivers will find a digital instrument cluster and a 12.9-inch infotainment screen. The manufacturer has confirmed two battery options: 38 kWh and 56 kWh. The earlier UrbanRebel concept claimed a 0-100 km/h time of 6.9 seconds and a range of up to 439 km.

The Raval is part of Cupra's strategy to develop electric cars for urban environments and will be produced at the Martorell plant in Spain.
