Lexus has revealed U.S. pricing for the new 2026 ES, with the fully electric version delivering the biggest surprise. The most affordable model is the ES350e, starting at $48,795 including delivery. That's $2,200 less than the hybrid ES350h, which begins at $50,995.

According to 32CARS, the base ES350e features front-wheel drive, a single electric motor producing 220 horsepower, and a usable 77 kWh battery. It boasts an EPA-estimated range of up to 480 km and accelerates from 0 to 97 km/h in about 7.7 seconds.

The more powerful ES500e version comes with dual electric motors and all-wheel drive, delivering 338 horsepower and hitting 97 km/h in just 5.4 seconds. However, its range drops to 420 km. This version starts at $51,795, with the Luxury trim priced at $60,195.

Every ES model includes a 14-inch multimedia screen, smartphone wireless connectivity, and fast-charging capability that can replenish the battery from 10% to 80% in roughly 30 minutes. Peak charging power is expected to reach around 150 kW.

The new ES is larger than its predecessor and effectively fills the gap left by the discontinued flagship LS model. In practice, this means it outsizes the BMW i5 while costing nearly $20,000 less.
