Chinese carmaker JAC Motors has announced its debut in Germany, introducing three models at once, two of them fully electric. Sales will be handled by RSA Deutschland GmbH, already known as the distributor of the Maxus brand—an arrangement that should ease the brand’s arrival for local customers. The compact JAC E30X uses a 100 kW motor and offers a choice of 41 or 52 kWh batteries, delivering up to 400 km on the WLTP cycle. Prices start at €26,490. With two battery options and a city-friendly footprint, the E30X is positioned as an accessible entry point to electric motoring. The second EV is the JAC T9 EV pickup, measuring 5.33 meters in length. It comes with an 88 kWh battery and all-wheel drive, while a 142 kW electric motor enables towing of up to 2 tons. The model is priced from €49,900. For buyers who value utility as much as electrification, the T9 EV’s spec sheet makes a clear case.Beyond the EV lineup, the company is offering the seven-seat gasoline JS8 Pro SUV, 4.82 meters long. A hybrid SUV, the JS6, will follow at a later stage. Taken together, the range spans urban commuting, load-carrying duties, and family transport—a deliberate spread across key everyday needs.JAC Motors’ entry into Europe underscores the growing presence of Chinese brands on the continent, where manufacturers from China are strengthening their foothold with competitive pricing and broadening model portfolios. Germany, in particular, is a demanding test bed; success there often signals readiness for wider European competition.
