Rely unveils R08 EV, off-road R08, P3X and P2X at the 2025 Chengdu Auto Show

At the 2025 Chengdu International Auto Show, Rely unveiled a full slate of new models, spanning electric and combustion versions of pickups and SUVs. The showcase included the R08 EV, an off-road-focused R08, and the P3X and P2X.

The R08 EV uses an all-electric powertrain and was displayed alongside a suite of equipment for unmanned drones. The pickup sits on a modern platform, features all-wheel drive, and is built for heavy-duty use. The off-road R08 adds reinforced suspension and extra protective cladding, signaling a focus on rough-terrain work.

The P3X follows a more traditional path, pairing rugged styling with modern technology, while the P2X takes a concept-led approach with an emphasis on electrification and the rollout of driver-assistance systems. One caters to familiar tastes; the other sketches where the brand wants to go next.

The Rely lineup targets buyers who value off-road capability, dependability, and technology. Judging by the combined set of characteristics, the newcomers fit among 2025’s top-tier off-roaders, reinforcing how the brand positions them in the market.
