The coupe has been stretched by 51 centimeters, making it the longest Corvette in the world. It’s an unconventional fix, but a pragmatic one: he can finally sit comfortably inside—something the standard versions never allowed.Despite the unusual surgery, the mechanical package remains untouched. Under the hood is a 5.5‑liter naturally aspirated V8 rated at 670 hp and 460 Nm. This Z06 sprints to 100 km/h in 2.6 seconds and can reach 314 km/h, preserving the car’s core character.There was a hiccup along the way: upon delivery, both side windows were found cracked, and Shaq had to wait several months for replacements. Once he finally got behind the wheel, he said he was pleased with the outcome, adding that he was the first big guy in a Z06.To clear space in the garage, O’Neal sold one of his three Tesla Cybertrucks, a Dodge Charger Hellcat, and a tuned Chevrolet Silverado.
