In just a week, the iCAUR V23 electric SUV set two opposing records, a snapshot of how versatile modern EVs have become. As SPEEDME.RU reported, it first lapped Zhejiang Circuit in 1:50.889, edging past the Audi e-tron and Mercedes EQC to enter the global top ten among electric crossovers. The pace is backed by 455 hp and 490 Nm, a 0–100 km/h sprint in 4.5 seconds, and the i-SWIFT platform with a 615 mm center of gravity and 50:50 weight balance. The i-AWD smart all-wheel drive and Prodrive suspension kept the car composed even at the limit, a setup that encourages speed without needless drama.

A few days later, the V23 climbed the “Everest of the desert” — the Bilutu dune — and secured a Guinness World Record: 400 meters on sand in 2 minutes 38.34 seconds. Its geometry, with a 43-degree approach angle and 210 mm of ground clearance, together with the intelligent all-wheel-drive system, helped it find traction in loose sand. A reinforced body and CATL batteries withstood the extreme loads.

According to iCAUR, these feats matter for more than status: track and desert testing demonstrate safety and control in real-world conditions. Taken together, the V23’s records show that the new generation of electric SUVs can be both quick and genuinely capable off-road — a promising combination for drivers who want one vehicle to cover weekday duties and weekend dunes.
