At the Japan Mobility Show 2025, Suzuki unveiled a spread of innovations—from electric cars to biomethane fuel. The headliner was the Vision e-Sky concept, a fully electric kei car tailored to Japan’s dense megacities. Compact and agile, it is set to reach the Japanese market in 2026, and its packaging looks made for tight streets and everyday efficiency.

The stand also featured the updated XBEE, a crossover that blends cues from the Jimny, Ignis, and Defender, paired with a 1.2-liter mild-hybrid setup. Another exhibit, the Fronx Flex Fuel, showcased ethanol-blend technology developed for the Indian market as part of a strategy to achieve carbon neutrality—a pragmatic route toward cleaner mobility.

One of the most eye-catching efforts was compressed biomethane derived from dairy-industry waste. This fuel is already undergoing trials in the new Victoris SUV, and there are rumors it could venture beyond India—underscoring a practical, circular-use angle.

Beyond four wheels, Suzuki presented an electric version of the iconic VanVan along with the new GSX-8T/8TT. The brand also refreshed its logo and introduced the “By Your Side” slogan, replacing “Way of Life,” a branding shift that neatly aligns with the technology on display.
