Ferrari has released the first video teaser of its upcoming electric vehicle, the Luce. The short clip reveals only a few details, but it's clear that the debut of one of 2026's most anticipated new cars is approaching.

The video shows only the front of the car. In the darkness, the lighting graphics of the headlights stand out, along with a long hood and a smooth roofline. Despite its electric architecture, the design retains Ferrari's characteristic features—sporty proportions and a dynamic silhouette, according to the publication 32CARS.RU.

Preliminary information suggests the Ferrari Luce will be an electric crossover. It will be more compact than the Purosangue but offer a spacious interior thanks to a wheelbase of around 116.5 inches. The interior promises a completely new design concept developed with input from renowned industrial designer Jony Ive.

The technical specs also look impressive. The car is expected to feature four electric motors with a combined output of around 1,000 horsepower. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h may take approximately 2.5 seconds, with a range exceeding 500 kilometers.

Ferrari has developed an entirely new platform for this model. The construction uses a structural battery, which helps reduce weight and increase body rigidity. For Ferrari, the launch of the Luce holds strategic importance. As the brand's first fully electric vehicle, it must demonstrate that even without a traditional engine, Ferrari can maintain its character and dynamics.

The arrival of an electric Ferrari is an inevitable step for the brand, but the Luce's success will determine how fans embrace this transformation. If engineers can preserve the signature emotions and handling, Ferrari could successfully enter the segment of powerful electric supercars and crossovers.
