Mercedes-Benz has unveiled a fully electric version of the GLC crossover, blending the brand’s signature elegance with state-of-the-art technology. The flagship GLC 400 4MATIC delivers 360 kW and can travel up to 713 km on a single charge. At its core is an 800-volt architecture that can add 303 km of range in just 10 minutes.

The car runs on MB.OS, a system that oversees everything from multimedia and driver assistance to charging. The AI adapts to a driver’s habits, updates arrive over the air, and the MBUX Virtual Assistant integrates Microsoft and Google tools, making interaction with the car feel like a natural dialogue.

Inside, there’s a panoramic roof with starry-sky lighting, a vast Hyperscreen, and a certified vegan trim package. Space has grown, too: the wheelbase is longer, there’s more leg- and headroom, and luggage capacity reaches up to 1,740 liters including the frunk.

Practicality remains a priority: towing capacity is up to 2.4 tonnes, there’s a TERRAIN mode, a “transparent hood” view for off-road driving, and a broad set of electronic aids.

The new electric GLC isn’t just an alternative to the combustion version; it stands out as one of 2025’s most compelling choices for those who want long range, modern tech, and a sense of prestige. Taken together, the package feels cohesive and confident—clear proof of how Mercedes-Benz sees the future of the premium segment.
